Welcome to IVIC Decisions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to: Lucia (AI Coach), Decision-Making Sessions, Certified IVIC Decision-Maker Program™ (cohort and private formats), and Tailored Strategic Decision-Making Programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

Definitions

“User” or “You”: Any individual or entity accessing our services.

“Services”: Includes all products, platforms, programs, sessions, and tools offered by IVIC Decisions.

“Lucia”: An AI-powered decision-making assistant.

“Certified Program”: Refers to the Certified IVIC Decision-Maker Program™, in cohort and private formats.

“Tailored Programs”: Customized strategic decision-making solutions designed for organizations.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under UAE law.

Scope of Services

Lucia (AI Coach): Provides automated decision-making guidance. It does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

Decision-Making Sessions: One-on-one virtual coaching sessions aimed at resolving complex decisions. Sessions are conducted live and require prepayment.

Certified IVIC Decision-Maker Program™: Structured training programs offered in both cohort and private formats, culminating in a CPD-accredited certification.

Tailored Programs: Customized training and strategic consulting solutions designed for specific organizational needs, subject to individual agreements.

Registration and Account Management

Users may need to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to [email protected].

Use of Services

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Modify, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.

Use Lucia or any other services for illegal activities.

Engage in activities that could harm the Company’s reputation or intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

All content, including the IVIC Decision-Making Framework™, training materials, and Lucia’s algorithms, are proprietary to IVIC Decisions and protected under UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Payments and Pricing

All payments must be made in AED or USD. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, authorized payment gateways, and bank transfers.

Lucia: Free and premium plans may apply, with charges clearly indicated.

Decision-Making Sessions: Payment must be completed before the session begins.

Certified Program: Payment for cohort rounds and/or private rounds are as displayed on the website, and are due to be paid in advance upon booking.

Tailored Programs: Pricing is outlined in the client’s customized agreement.

Refunds and Cancellations

Lucia: Refunds are not applicable for AI-based guidance.

Decision-Making Sessions: Eligible for a refund only if the session fails to result in a clear action plan.

Certified Program: No refunds are available after the first session. 

Tailored Programs: Refund terms are specified in individual contracts.

Rescheduling: Decision-Making Sessions require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

Certified Program private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

Tailored Programs are subject to specific rescheduling terms in their agreements.

AI Coach Disclaimers

Lucia is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional advice. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any of its services. Users are responsible for applying the frameworks and tools provided.

Liability Limitations

IVIC Decisions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user for the service in question.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, in accordance with UAE arbitration rules.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at its discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notifications.
